Terms of Service

CAS Incubator OS Last updated: April 2026


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CAS Incubator OS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf before you use the Platform.


2. Who May Use the Platform

The Platform is intended for:

  • High school students participating in enrolled programs
  • Teachers and mentors associated with participating programs
  • Parents or guardians of enrolled students

Use is subject to enrollment in an active program cohort or explicit invitation by a program administrator.


3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We use Clerk for authentication. By creating an account, you also agree to Clerk's Terms of Service.


4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or harassing
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access
  • Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without written permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity

5. Student Projects and Intellectual Property

Students retain ownership of the ideas, writing, and creative work they submit through the Platform. By submitting content, you grant CAS Incubator OS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your work within the Platform and, with your explicit consent, in public showcases or promotional materials.

You may request deletion of your content at any time (see Section 7).


6. AI Features

The Platform includes AI-assisted features. You acknowledge that AI suggestions are not professional advice and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before acting on it.


7. Data Access and Deletion

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your personal data at any time
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Correct inaccurate information in your profile

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that disrupt the learning environment. Students whose accounts are suspended for conduct reasons will be notified along with their enrolled program administrator.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via the Platform or email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). For users in the United States, applicable federal and state laws may also apply.
